Hello, my name's Melissa Ditson. I'm a Creative Director with a career in advertising spanning nineteen years in London and New York. Focused on delivering creative experiences that entertain and get results.
I recently relocated back to New York from London where I was heading up creative at 360i Europe. I joined 360i in 2017 establishing the creative and production department, while leading creative for Burger King, Enterprise, Honda, IKEA, Lidl, Norwegian, and Sony. Transforming our creative product from social and performance to digital. Taking the work from good to award-winning. I was shortlisted for The Drum Creative Women of the Year, and raised the profile of the agency with numerous industry speaking and judging appearances.
Before joining 360i, for the past decade I have been busy leading creative teams and agencies in New York. I’ve launched award-winning campaigns to raise awareness about girls education for Michelle Obama’s Let Girls Learn, worked on US-wide music platforms for American Express with Jay Z, Budweiser, and Bud Light, and redefined brand experiences online for GE, P&G, and (RED). My work has been recognized by the Clios, D&AD, One Show, The Webby Awards, The Shortys, and many more.
